Went into conference room with five people and just asked about experience. Asked general interview questions. Was asked questions by all in the room. Can feel intimidating interviewing with so many people at once.

Question 1
Just asked general questions regarding background.
A bit nerve-racking, but it's an interview. I was introduced to two people who later were specified at a group facilitator, they covered the hours, benefits and allowed me to sit and observe with one of the current researchers. What I witnessed was so cool! Three days followed and i was called back for a second interview. when I showed up, i met with two other people who asked me a series of different questions. I thought I did a pretty good job, but it's obvious that, in the interview process, they've been burned before, so I can tell why someone would feel as though it was more of an interrogation. Someone called me 2 days later and offered me the position. I'm so happy here.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JETNET (Utica, NY) in Jul 2022
Interview
First was a zoom interview with 2 managers. Second was a in person interview with all the managers. Was not intimidating at all. Not very many questions asked just went over what the job is and things like that.
