      Employment Readiness Assistant Interview

      Aug 22, 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Fort Lee, VA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at JLMI (Fort Lee, VA) in Jun 2011

      Interview

I submitted my resume and cover letter to the recruiter's e-mail address that was listed in the local newspaper. I was then contacted two days later, and went through a preliminary phone interview. After about a day, I was contacted to schedule a one on one interview later that week. I went to the interview, which went very well and the following week, I had a second interview with the manager I was going to be working with. After that, the interviewer and I stepped outside where he asked if I would still like the position and I said yes, then he shook my hand and said that when he got back to his office, he would contact HR to get my paperwork going. Thus here I am today.
