Applied for the EVSW profile as part of on-campus intern drive. Initial screening done through an OA which had electrical/electronics based mcqs. Next the shortlisted candidates had an online interview. There were 2 interviewers since the role is EV-SW so one interviewer for the electrical part and one for the software. In the 1 hr interview, I was asked a few questions related to my cv, then the electrical-core guy asked me a few questions about digital electronics and control systems and the software guy asked a simple question on Binary search. Then the core guy asked me about one of my projects and that was it, both interviewers seemed satisfied.

The selection process consisted of an initial test that evaluated both fundamental concepts and core technical knowledge. Candidates who qualified were then invited for a single interview round, and the final selection was made based on their overall performance in the interview.
