The interview process was structured and focused on real problem-solving rather than just theoretical questions. It included an initial screening call, followed by deeper discussions on analytical thinking, SQL proficiency, and handling ambiguous data problems. I was asked to walk through past projects in detail, explain my hypothesis-driven approach, and demonstrate how I translate insights into business decisions. The process felt collaborative, with an emphasis on clear communication, stakeholder impact, and practical application of data skills, especially in contexts involving messy datasets and system-level improvements.
