Interview
It was a great interview, the atmosphere was friendly and I was put at ease by the people interviewing. The interview experience was the main reason I accepted the job.

What did you do to challenge a person / a decision?
3 interviews all done by zoom, all were quick and the hiring managers just asked a few questions about myself and resume. They asked about my commute time. It was causal, no STAR story questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at JLR (Mahwah, NJ)

Telephone screen via Teams. Then another teams interview or Onsite interview; final interview in person: offer was given about a week after the final interview. You are given 3 business days to review.

Smooth and simple interview process. Complete online using Microsoft teams. Questions were not too technical and the interviewers were both very friendly and welcoming making me feel comfortable from the beginning.
