Whole process took 3 months from application to offer. First interview was by phone and standard stuff. Second interview was at the Coventry assessment centre and had 2 parts. First was a behavioural interview where they simply asked for previous real-life examples that was an identical match for their High Performance Behaviours Framework, with an additional question at the about what car your would buy with a certain budget and why. Second part was an hour long technical interview which was focused on how I would approach the role. Third interview was also in Coventry but almost 2 hours long. It featured another more specific technical presentation and questions. But all in all pretty standard stuff and to be expected for such a role.
