Pretty intense interview process - phone screen and then face to face interviews. Met with multiple people at the company including HR, president, owner, etc. Didn't necessarily follow a format, just wanted to get to know me and more about my sales background. Then I had to take an personality assessment to ensure I was a good fit for the position.
