The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first was with HR, the second with the person I would be reporting to and the third with the owner of the company. All of the interviews were relaxed but professional. The position was described to me in detail, and my questions about the position, the company history and growth plans, company culture, benefits etc. were all answered openly. All three people I interviewed with asked me insightful questions about my career, the value I would bring to the table, my thoughts on growth for the position and explained how I would be part of a dynamic team environment.
