Pretty straight forward, I sent an email with my resume as requested. The hiring manager sent a predictive index assessment to complete, that she also goes over with you during the interview. The interview itself was fine it was really the ghosting after the fact. The hiring manager said she would be making a decision the following week to which she would reach out with that decision, two weeks later I hadn’t heard anything so I gave her a call. She then said she would be making her final decision the next day, a week later still nothing. Everything else was fine, just the communication particularly when she said she would follow up.
