The interview process was relatively straightforward overall. It started with a HireVue interview that focused mostly on behavioral and motivational questions such as teamwork, leadership, and why I was interested in global corporate banking. After that, I was invited to a three round superday with different interviewers. The superday included a mix of behavioral, technical, and market related questions. Most interviewers were friendly and conversational, but they still expected strong answers and confidence. They also asked questions about my resume, past experiences, and how I handle pressure in team settings. Preparation for accounting concepts, financial statements, and current market trends was definitely helpful throughout the process.
