Interview
I started out as a contractor and then after 6 months I applied to be a full-time employee. The position I applied for was my same job, only full time instead of contract.
It took my boss 2 full months to get back to me. And he didn't even get back to me... HR did.
Getting hired on as a contractor I was initially told "no" and a month later my contracting firm said... "well, yes, ok."
Both hiring experiences were wishywashy and uncertain for a while.

there were three rounds
1st was technical, based on resume projects, past internships
2nd was techno managerial, based on your resume, and bit of finanance terms.
and the third round was HR round.
it was good i was asked questions from various domains...like data visualisation tools to basics terms about finance. .then about aptitude and about my personal background my coding knowledge and lastly 2-3 dsa question
