Disastrous and frustrating experience. I initially had skype and then F2F onsite technical interviews. F2F interview was almost 2.5 hours with 3 technical members. My throat got bad of speaking continuously for almost 2.5 hours for different questions coming from different panels. Next day i got a positive feedback from HR and was almost confirmed. But then i was asked to schedule a call with executive director and then surprisingly CTO, managing director. I was feeling confused since this position was not for VP/SVP and i was getting interviewed by CTO. At the end i was told by HR (by my repeated follow ups) that they are not considering full time for this role now and want to go with contractor. This was totally absurd and unexpected response because if they were not looking to hire full time then why did they tortured me for almost a month. I feel that this doesn't deserves to be called as professional organization and i am now feeling lucky that i got saved by not getting offer from such a company and people.
