I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Columbus, OH) in May 2009
Interview
Short sweet and easy. Maybe just because I had a refferal though. They called me for a phone interview. Then had me come in for an interview. Then had me do a urine test. Called me again for finger printing then I started right to work. Paycheck had no lag time. Training was pretty laid back, but collections is collections.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2017
Interview
Very easy laid back. Really nice people. Gave a great description of the job. They explain the whole process and even do a mock call with you. They do background checks.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Elgin, IL)
Interview
Phone interview was simple she asked a couple questions, in person interview within a couple days of phone interview. Job offer, fingerprints, drug test, started work. Filled out for job on a Monday, got a call for phone interview on tuesday, face to face on wednesday, job offer on friday, prints and drug test on monday. I started training within about a week
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Irving, TX) in Dec 2014
Interview
Brief, and straight to the point. Initial phone interview was standard, done by an outside recruiter but the face to face was better. My interviewer was great, asked a lot of personal/situational questions as well. Cracked a few jokes but kept it personal. Walked away feeling confident, but still chose to follow up with the recruiter every 2 days to make sure I got the position. Training started 2 wks later.
