The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Wilmington, DE) in Feb 2007
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I was coming out of college and looking for my first job. The process was to have an initial interview on campus with a rep from Chase, if selected, you would then be brought to the main office to have 3 or 4 interviews with some more senior folks. All went well, were very conversational (save one interviewer who asked the cliche questions; i.e. "Biggest flaw?" etc.), and left me feeling pretty good overall.
Got through 4 rounds, including an on-site. Pretty straightforward, about a week between interviews. HR surprise called me and then moved onto the Hiring Manager conversation. After the interview in-person, I was ghosted. It took 6 weeks to get a rejection confirmation.
Interview process included about 4 rounds (including screening call). Discussed technical and behavioral experience, as well as why I was interested in the role and overall product. Each interview was conversational and last about 30 minutes, with a couple spilling over time.

Question 1
Can you walk me through a campaign you developed end-to-end and how you measured its success?
Wow, this was the worst interview I ever done. The recruiter ghosted me after requesting for an interview. After following up, she didn't address the email with my name or apologize for responding almost a week later, which is unprofessional. Once I scheduled a phone interview with her, she canceled an hour before the interview and asked to reschedule 2 days later. On the day of the rescheduled interview, she called me 10 minutes later and ended the call after 5 minutes. She said someone will reach out to schedule another interview but that never happened and I was ghosted after following up with her. I don't recommend interviewing with JPMorgan Chase.
