I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
Two rounds - one phone screen and one super day. I was referred from school alumni who were working at J.P. Morgan and who helped me prepare for the interview. Recruiters coordinated the process, which culminated in a super day in New York. The super day consisted of two in person interviews with Director level individuals, who asked about the financial markets along with other typical "fit" based questions.
There were 3 questions and all the questions were behavioral-based. It was a HireVue interview. It was quick and gave a short intro video. The questions gave you once chance to redo the question and the second was automatically turned in.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview process was formal, yet friendly and the interviewers were inviting and warm. They asked mostly fit questions, and a few technical. They wanted to know my story and why I wanted to do Private Banking, so make sure you have that down if you get an interview.
