Met recruiters at college job fair. Interaction garnered a phone interview with the same recruiter. Phone interview was casual and somewhat straight-forward. Since I live close to the work site, I was brought into the offices for two back-to-back 30 min interviews. They were relatively easy for me, but others report their were more difficult. After interview, offer came quickly.
