I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Vallejo, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Online test, then video interview. The online test was basically common sense, and personality test type questions, to make sure you aren't the kind of person that will have a meltdown if asked to make change or deal with a cranky customer. The video interview was basically to save everyone time.

Question 1
Can't remember. It's a bit unnerving, though I can understand the need for the video interview.
Easy enough interview process. Very straightforward. Just answer accordingly. Just looking for competent personnel. Asked about relevant experience and work ethic centric questions. Only two rounds. First on phone, second in person.
super easy interview process and of course in addition the training was also totally easy
all in all a straightforward process. would recommend to anyone looking for a easy job
I applied online. I interviewed at JPMorganChase in Sep 2021
Interview
Phone interview was legitimate. Face to face interview was a joke. Unprofessional, unprepared, predictable, small talk. Asked about knowledge of bank fraud. Told I would be more of a greeter. Everything can be done online.
