Interview
One main interview followed by submitting details of your current production. You'll have first meeting with market director and please go with production reports, tax returns, awards, ranking in the company, etc. You will need to provide him/her with copies of everything so that he can go to his boss and formally present you as a candidate. If everyone like everyone, you'll get an offer and begin the background check + on-boarding. It takes several weeks from start to finish.

That first stage is a screening interview, designed to verify your background and cultural fit. While the recruiter is intentionally friendly to put you at ease, they are carefully evaluating your communication skills and professionalism through low-pressure behavioral questions.
Lengthy interview process met with up to 6 different managers. Some were in person and others were via Zoom. Must meet with compliance officer as well. Overall it was a good experience but too much time and effort for an entry-level wealth management career.
