got an opportunistic interview without going through Online Application. It was for an off-cycle program in UK. 30 minutes call on Zoom with a VP and another 30 minutes follow up.
HireVue 3 questions - stuff like pitch a stock, why JP, why this role
Superday was a maths test and then 3 interviews with 5 min break in between, all from equity research, mix of technical, behavioural and situational (mostly behavioural).
HireVue interview - 3 to 5 questions, mainly behavioural questions (Use STAR method to structure your answer), require highlighting motivation (Why JPM? Why this role?), what makes you a great fit?
