I thought the interview process was very easy. I applied and was interviewed on the spot at a Hiring our Heros Career Fair. I left motivated and ready to start.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Columbus, OH) in May 2015
Interview
It was a mass hiring-If you breathed you were hired. Only one interview and the call-back took quite a while- 3 weeks i think. Once i got the green light, we weren't brought on for almost 3 months. The training was very easy but you can tell that there is lack of communication right away and are quite unorganized. HINT: You can negotiate about $2,000-$3,000 more than what they initially offer you- Much more than that and they will probably just say 'no' but they wont take the offer off of the table.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2010
Interview
I was hired at a site that had like 200+ openings in the Bankruptcy Department, I applied online and received a phone call 2 hours after submitting application. I did not have BK experience but over 10+ years banking experience, During that first phone call they requested a onsite interview scheduled for 3 days after.
The Interview lasted 10 minutes and I was offered the job. The interviewer used a guide on the questions I was asked.

Question 1
It was a short interview and the questions were generic- nothing surprising.
