Several first round interviews with standard behavioral questions. Some technical questions. If you prepare the week before you should be fine. The most basic questions: Why commercial banking? Why JP Morgan? Talk about something that is happening in the market today. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

(For Commercial and Specialized Industries) Four separate interviews, three of which are mainly behavioral with a few basic technical questions, and one case study on evaluating a client's credit. Case study consists of two slides prepared before the interview. Interviews are conducted by one or two members of teams throughout US.

How do you evaluate a client's level of creditworthiness?
Was invited to a complete a hirevue and then was invited to a superday which consisted of 3 25 minute interviews. There was also a case study to prepare ahead of time with 2 powerpoint slides and one of the interviews is dedicated to just talking about the case study.
