Interview
The interview process consisted of three separate interviews with different team members, each lasting around 30 minutes (approximately 1.5 hours in total).
The discussions were focused on understanding the role, the teams, and included both behavioral and some technical/analytical questions. Overall, the process was well-structured and gave a good overview of the position.
After the Hirevue, I participated in a superday process, which involved two back to back interviews. The questions were standard behavioral questions. They want to know about leadership skills and general interest in finance. Also, research the company well.
