Fairly simple. Hirvue and then after 2-3 months, call back to interview. 2 back to back virtual interviews. Typical behavioral questions and since my background was more analytical, there were a few technical type questions. 2 round interview was lowkey intense, espcially since he asked me like 10 questions and kept cutting me off since he had so many questions to get through lol

It was relatively okay, but I think what they were looking for was someone who was a bit more confident with how they answered and really aligned their answers with the values of JP Morgan. It's also a factor that you know if your interviewer is a bit strict or more on the vibey side. Unfortunately, my interviewer was a bit stern and it felt more professional than actually trying to vibe check the applicant.
