First round technical interview : Asked about some programming questions questions focusing on DSA and core Java.
Second round : Techno managerial round focusing on project experience and relevant technical questions, basic design patterns , system designing questions
Third round : CTO round - focusing on project experiences and behavioural aspects.
Fourth round : HR round .
Entire process took more than a month. Process starts from consultancy who took the
compensation expectations and scheduled all rounds of interviews. In HR round, they came up with less offer that what they agreed for , in fact less than 30% hike which is common in the market. HR was little arrogant and showed up like there is no hard rules on 30% and they were giving decent hike. It might be the company standard to offer less hike but it's not my standard to go for low than I deserve. Hence I didn't accept the offer.
