1. Applied through LinkedIn Easy Apply
2. Contacted by HR Sourcing team (Explanation about the company, employee benefits, the applied role, & the further recruitment process) - 15 mins
3. Interview with HR Recruiter team (Background check) - 20 mins
After the 3rd process I was told to wait for the result. Yet after 3 weeks and after following up for the 2nd time, I haven't got any responses from the hiring team. I just assumed that I didn't pass the recruitment process. I'm hoping that at least you could give any feedback regardless the results (accepted / rejected). Thank you for the experience.
1 round of HR interview, 2 rounds of user interview, reviewing previous works, and case studies. 1st round of user interviews with Group Product Manager, 2nd round with VP of Product.
