I had two interviews. First, with the engineering team. They were a delight. We talked about our experiences and covered most of the questions in a conversation format. Immediately after leaving, I got a callback for a second interview with the VP. This was a less technical interview. We talked about my experience and what JadoPado was trying to do. We talked about our shared interest of video games. It was a hoot. Before I was out of the building, I got a job offer. They sure work fast! Both interviews were informal and comfortable. It was an overall pleasant experience.
