Interview
The process involves initially emailing your resume to Jaeb for consideration. If they're interested, you will be requested to complete a paper application and then contacted for a phone interview. The final portion had two in-person interviews, with each visit consisting of multiple one-on-one interviews.
After seeing the job listing on indeed, I filled out the application via the JCHR website and received an email request for an interview pretty soon after. First interview with Executive Director and then I was immediately contacted for subsequent back to back interviews with two different projects directors. None of the nonsense "where do you see yourself" questions, I felt like they just tried to get to know you and your skills and see if you would be a good fit. They also considered your resume and different positions that may be a better fit.

Interview
It was extraordinarily long. Consisting of 5 separate interviews. I applied as an administrative assistant and then was interviewed for a completely different possition. Overall, everyone was very nice, but the interview process seemed a little over the top.
