Interview
first, they give assignment on automobile parts like turbocharger, supercharger and some personality-related questions. then a technical interview and another interview of sales based questions.
cons- not good salary they just give some % commission from your monthly sales so it's very difficult to get a 20k salary per month.

questions were very basics mainly from IC ENGINE like turbocharger torque couple ....crdi engine ,thermodynamics laws etc... diesel engine and ooto cycle engine ,basis of mechanical endineering
