The executive team is very involved which spoke volumes about how much they care about people and making sure it’s a good fit. The process starts with an introductory interview, and moves through to culture/fit, technical, and team based.
It was a very thoughtful, interesting and fun interview process. I appreciate how much time they took. There were two rounds of technical interviews, one more hands on and the other more thought experiment.

Online meet with hr recruiter. She asks for you to talk about your job experiences and just a bit about yourself. She questions if you have experience with some technologies.
