Recruitment seminar followed by panel interview. Recruitment seminar, where the candidate may present on his research topic/research area to the jaipuria teaching fraternity. Questions shall be asked after the presentation. Further to that, the candidate shall be called on a specified interview date to be interviewed by a panel of experts, director, director general and any more persons if necessary.
