Very simple and quick. Didn't take long at all and questions were similar to any other interview. Conducted with the store manager and walked me through the position applied for.

it was a long process and wasn't the best. I wish it wasn't so unprofessional and the staff was a bit nicer. I also don't like how she wanted to tell me I have to get minimum wage. I told her that is not a deal I can make.

I had already been employed as a team member when I interviewed for the position of team lead and I had to interview with our district manager which was very easy. The interview itself took all of 10 minutes if that.
