Pretty easy to be honest. A lot of people apply when jobs come up, but you have to have a friend or relative working here to get a job. Now that I have a job, it's easy street. Simple maths and English test. Very basic psychometric test. Then told them that my relative works in TFP. Was offered a job within ten minutes.
