Interview
When they need people, you show up and fill out work for employment, give them your ID and OSHA card, then bam, youre working. Thats it.
This process doesnt require 30 words that Glassdoor wants me to write.

Question 1
There really isnt an interveiw process. If you come to work and your on time and have your safety gear and osha 10 card the more than likely you'll work. If you dont have a high visual vest or helmet they have some you can purchase from your check.
