Had a behavioural interview with the recruiter but was not selected for the next round of interviews afterwards. Still was a great experience learning about the company and received some good feedback.

Had an initial recruiter interview, pretty standard questions about company fit and experience. They moved forward with other candidates, but provided thoughtful feedback about my interview and how I could improve communication, which I did not expect and was grateful for.
