Phone interview and then an in person. The negative experience rating refers to the very poor communication through the process. Specifically the unprofessional tactic by HR of "Ghosting" (lack of response or communication to questions, status or a polite "job is not a fit" during the process). In addition, only communicating via text message to confirm interview (no direct email was ever given) and limited interview agenda details. In person interviews were cordial, but questions aligning job to experience for my serious consideration were lacking.
