Interview
The HR person spoke about the company's history , the benefits offered, how the company operated. I met with several people from the engineering group and the owner came in for a portion of the time. Many of the questions were technical and out of the area of the position I was interviewing .

Interview was very open to discussions. The process was based on my opinion of where best I would fit in as opposed to the traditional interview process for a specific role.
