I was introduced to everyone in the room, and shook hands with them. Then they gave a brief job description, informing me that some over time would be required, but they cater the job towards your strengths, and work hard to help you get adjusted.They also told my why the person was leaving the position, and they also went thru the benefits, hours of work, and how they deal with over time, weekends, etc.
