The interview itself was very disorganized. A zoom call, the interviewers were distracted, often shutting off their cameras with no explanation. It was a fine conversation, but the overall impression was that they weren't invested in the process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jazz St. Louis (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
The interview process was very transparent and clearly defined. Wonderful people work at this great establishment!
The 4-week long process included three components per week. A pre-screen phone interview, then an example assignment, and lastly an in-person interview. There was an additional 4th week of waiting for "the call" that never came. I found out they went with another candidate after I followed up via email.
Overall, it was a good experience and I'm happy I met some interesting cultural arts leaders in St. Louis during the process.
