Jekyll + Hyde Labs interview questions

I was told to show up and bring 3 copies of my resume. What I *wasn’t* told was that it would be a group interview, and that I would be facing off against 12 other candidates. I’m not opposed to group interviews, but I, like most people, would like some warning in advance. What I found most distasteful about the group interview was the ‘reality show’ vibe. Every candidate was asked to pick another candidate in the room who we thought should receive the job. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and it’s very unlikely I would have accepted the job in the first place.

The company is very unprofessional. The Creative Director preferred to communicate via text messaging which left many important details up for interpretation. There were three interview steps. First was a phone interview with the Creative Director. Second was a face-to-face with the Creative Director. Last was a phone interview with the Owner. Both the Creative Director and Owner said they wanted me to start ASAP but it took them over two weeks to send an offer. When the Creative Director did send an offer, it was a very casual email and text message that did not make sense what he was even offering and left many questions on the plate.
