Phone and web interview. Basic questions about flying and knowledge. More about if I had the right personality to fit. The pilots that interviewed me seemed like great guys, and one couldn’t make the call due to working and on a flight back home.

What are the IFR visuals that’s needed in order to make a normal landing.
Interviewed by current and former pilots with great knowledge. Be sure to not flight ours and certifications needed. Typically, quick hiring process. Pilots are always needed and fly pretty decent hours.
