Originally received a phone call from an HR rep who administered a phone screen. About a week late I was offered an in person interview at their DC location. The interview at DC last about an hour and was broken down into two part. The first part of the interview was about 45 minutes and was with a panel of three whom were all very involved with the contract. It was a pretty basic and very informal interview. I followed up with another HR rep for about 15 minutes and was then asked to take a drug screen. JHPIEGO requires a pretty extensive background check involving driving, criminal, credit, transcripts, etc. I received an e-mail from them about two weeks later stating that I did not receive the position. Overall a positive experience, but there seemed to be a lot of gaps between contacts.
