Started with a phone screen and then moved to in person interviews. It was a combination of single interviews and panel interviews. What was a surprise is that I had a test to complete and offer commentary. This was a surprise and was not advised prior to the in person sessions.

Phone, not structured, friendly enough. No issues but didn’t get to the second interview round. Had to follow up to know the status. No one got back to me to let me know.
