I am sorry you didn't have a great experience in your interview process with us. We give candidates the option to submit a 60 seconds video in the application stage, and candidates can write a cover letter if that's their preference. Having said that, we are a people oriented company and we are always looking at ways we can improve our candidate experience, and are now considering giving the video option in a later stage of the application process. You can also respond to the rejection message asking for deeper feedback and we do our best to respond to those as thoroughly as possible.
