The interview process consisted of three online rounds. The first round was an elevator pitch where I spoke about myself, my background, and interests. The second round was an HR discussion focused on longterm career goals. The final round involved department heads asking about my motivation, department preference, and overall fit. The process was conversational and relaxed.
