Interview
It took around of 55 days to complete the application process. I had multiple interviews and the process is not transparent. The last steps are almost created to fail, ambiguous questions are also part of the process. At the start of the process that tell you that they have 3 salaries ranges going from beginning to experts. From my time in the interview I put myself in a middle ground and still they told they could only offer me the basic salary that is $800 per months. $100 dollars less than last year. They ask you for the information right away always reminding you that if you don't send it now you will be left out. Then leave in silence for a long time until the next step. They ask you for reference and more information that they will not use for week... But if you don't have it now... You're not good enough and out. It is a process full of moments of dead silence and then rush and pressure. At the end after 2 months they told my my skills and experience was not what they were looking for.

Question 1
They asked you the general set of questions of an interview mix with things like. Explain how to tie your shoes. They give you riddles. You are in a large group of people and out of the blue they ask you to organize and complete a task in 20 minutes.... Everyone is a complete stranger to each other and haven't exchange words a single time. Them they ask in a ficcional situation... With minimal context to organized email that were sent to YOU... Some of them are for your boss, some are for you.
They seem like a good institution, I just wish they followed up after the interview to let you know that you were unsuccessful, rather than the silence.
I am grateful for the opportunity, though.

The team of the panel or their clients had asked questions about Workload capabilities, English proficiency, and questions to that effect.
The interview was about 5 weeks in total. The last week being an intensive training that you must pass. After I was accepted and received the certificate for the training I heard nothing, just spam asking me to apply
Solo tuve una entrevista virtual, piden saber experiencias, virtudes y debilidades y ese estilo de preguntas. Luego seguian con otra entrevista pero no fui convocada nuevamente.
Fueron muy cordiales.
No tengo nada malo que decir por ahora.
