Poor planning and execution throughout the entire interview process. The 2nd interview (Zoom) had to be rescheduled due to the interview coordinator "forgetting" to add the project manager. Ok things happen I understand that, nobody is perfect 100% of the time. They flew me out for a 4th "in-person" interview which resulted in me sitting in a conference room with people on zoom in other parts of the country. All interviews were back to back with the same questions being asked, a panel would've been more appropriate. Took 3 weeks to get back to me after they told me I'd have an answer within a week. Poor communication and planning by the interview team.
