One 30 min round with HR, one 30 min technical round with HM, then onsite with presentation and 3-4 back to back technical interviews. I only got up to the second round. Seemed like they wanted a flight dynamics person for the role, as that was what all the questions were on. If the HM read my resume he would know that is not my background. He cut the meeting short and was pretty rude. No questions about my background at all. Seems they don’t understand their own job reqs very well. Typical startup interview that tests things you’ll never use instead of asking about relevant background. I don’t think they're in a position to be searching for unicorns.
