Was very team based and asked a range of questions. Had to explain answers infront of a team and also work as an individual. Included behavioural questions and role specific questions.
Starts off with a group assessment, with an extract of information linked to 5 scenarios and your team brainstorms solutions and answers. This is followed up by a 1-1 interview with one of the people who are situated nearby assessing your contribution
