I had an informal phone screening that was very pleasant and then interviewed in-person with the two heads of company. Very straight forward and congenial. Them asking me about my past work. Me asking them about their process and culture. Both of us evaluating if we were a good fit. I was offered a position and accepted. I was hoping to be hired at the upper end of their salary spectrum but they were firm on their offer. In hind sight I understand why. There was a fair amount of training needed to get me up and running in their estimating and production process. A great experience over all.
