The director was on her blackberry during the interview. She was too busy during the interview to stop using it she had also rescheduled a few times because she couldn't make time for the 1 on 1 interview.
I met with 3 other team members who were wonderful and would have taken the job despite how unhealthy Appleseeds/Orchard brands is (Terrible local reputation and really snotty corporate atmosphere) because I liked the rest of the team.
The director hired someone she used to work with because it was just easier. 1 year later that person had left so I applied again and the director was too busy again...I gave up
